The successful candidate will lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets and occupancy, and foster a warm, resident-centered environment where quality of life is paramount.

Qualifications

• NMC-registered RN/RMN with active registration.
• Experience in nursing, residential and dementia care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the home.
• Maintain Good CQC standards and care quality.
• Lead and develop nursing, care and support teams.
