Job summary

Vincere is seeking a nurse-qualified Nursing Home Manager in the East Midlands to lead a Good CQC-rated care home for older adults, including those with dementia. You will own the service, ensuring safety, dignity and quality of life while driving occupancy and financial performance.

The role requires strong clinical and regulatory knowledge and confidence in managing budgets, staffing, and overall performance to maintain the home’s standards.

The home has been specifically designed around residents' changing needs, providing a comfortable and supportive environment where safety, dignity and quality of life remain central to everyday care.

We’re looking for a confident, nurse-qualified Nursing Home Manager with previous management experience who can take ownership of the service. Alongside strong clinical and regulatory knowledge, you’ll need to be particularly confident with the business side of running a nursing home, including occupancy, budgets, staffing and the overall performance of the service.
