Qualifications

• Current NMC registration (RGN/RMN).

• Confidence in managing staff, budgets, and service performance.
• Ability to meet registered manager accountability requirements.
• Experience leading services rated Good or Outstanding and improving inspection readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operation of the nursing home, ensuring safe and effective care.
• Maintain compliance with CQC, NMC, and safeguarding requirements.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and care teams.
• Oversee staffing, rotas, and performance management.
