Keystone Care is recruiting a Registered Manager to take full ownership of a nursing dementia home in London. You will lead clinical governance, ensure regulatory compliance and drive sustained service improvements with a strong culture of resident wellbeing.

The role requires a proven track record in CQC outcomes, robust governance experience, and senior leadership in a care setting. Excellent stakeholder engagement and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have proven Registered Manager experience with dementia care or nursing home.
• Track record of achieving strong CQC outcomes and turning around services.
• Strong leadership and team management across multidisciplinary staff.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and care standards.
• Solid safeguarding and incident management experience.
• Experience implementing clinical governance and QA systems.
• Comfort with data-driven performance monitoring and reporting.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and partners.

Responsabilités

• Provide visible, day-to-day leadership of the nursing dementia home, setting clear expectations and maintaining a positive culture.
• Manage and develop the staff team, including recruitment, induction, supervision, and performance management, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring the home meets CQC standards and statutory requirements.
• Lead safeguarding practices with robust risk assessments and incident learning.
• Implement and maintain clinical governance and quality assurance systems, including audits and action plans.
• Monitor KPIs, produce reports, and take corrective action for underperformance or risk.
• Drive turnaround and service improvement projects to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Build relationships with residents, families, external professionals and stakeholders.
