Purosearch Ltd is assisting a well-established Wirral 55-bed nursing home to recruit an experienced Nursing Home Manager (RGN/RMN). The role focuses on maintaining high standards of care, governance, and a stable, compliant service in a well-regarded home.

You will lead a competent team, including a deputy manager, ensuring robust care planning, staffing stability and resident-focused care in line with regulatory requirements.

Nursing Home Manager (RGN/RMN Qualified)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established 55-bed nursing home with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality care.

The service is currently rated Good by CQC, has recently achieved an impressive 93% Local Authority inspection score, and enjoys healthy occupancy levels. With solid foundations already in place, this role would suit a manager who can provide stability, maintain standards, and continue the excellent work being delivered by the team.

The home benefits from a highly stable workforce, including a long-serving and supportive Deputy Manager, meaning there are no major turnaround requirements or significant operational challenges. The successful candidate will be a dependable and experienced leader who can act as a safe pair of hands while continuing to drive quality and compliance.
