Job summary

Real Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager for a large, purpose-built home in Shoreham. You will lead a dedicated team, drive quality of care, and ensure smooth operations in a busy elderly care setting.

The role requires prior management of a sizeable nursing home, strong leadership, and a nursing qualification with an active PIN. A Registered Manager Award is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience managing a nursing home, preferably 50+ beds.
• Track record of improving working practices within a care home.
• Strong leadership, work ethic, and a positive approach.
• NVQ Level 4 or 5 in care management is required.
• Registered Manager Award is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in elderly care is essential; nursing qualification with active PIN preferred.

PERMANENT JOB - NURSING HOME MANAGER

LOCATION: SHOREHAM

SALARY - CIRCA £70,000 pa plus bonus

Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for a new opportunity in Shoreham.? Are you passionate about elderly care, with good leadership skills and an overall people person? YES! then you are the person we are looking for.

We are recruiting an experienced Nursing Home Manager to manage a large purpose built Nursing in Shoreham which is operated by a well respected Care provider.

As a the Nursing Home Manager, you will have:

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably managing a 50 + bedded home
• Previous experience of improving working practices in the home
• Good leadership skills, high work ethic and positive approach
• NVQ level 4 or 5
• Registered Manager Award, is beneficial, but not essential
• Experience with an elderly care is a must
• Qualified Nurse with an active PIN
