Job Title: Nursing Home Manager

Location: Sheffield, Yorkshire and the Humber, United Kingdom

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 + up to £14,000

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and nurse-qualified Nursing Home Manager (ideally RMN/RNLD or with extensive mental health experience) to oversee a challenging behaviors facility in Sheffield. The home is well-staffed with dedicated units, each led by a nurse and supported by a clinical deputy.

Your role will involve managing the day-to-day operations, supervising staff, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations, and implementing best practices in dementia and mental health care.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead care staff to deliver exceptional care services
  • Manage daily operations of the nursing home, maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • Coordinate activities promoting residents' well-being
  • Support staff in delivering person-centered care
  • Monitor residents' health needs, including medication management
  • Implement dementia care best practices
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and health and safety guidelines
