Are you an experienced Level 5 Qualified Registered Manager ready to lead a new home and make a lasting impact on young lives?

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing childcare provider for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 2-bed therapeutic children's home based in Stoke-on-Trent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 5 Qualified Manager with a strong background in residential childcare to play a key leadership role in a supportive and ambitious organisation.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the setup and daily operations of a new home, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Build and manage your own team, including two Deputy Managers.
  • Deliver trauma-informed, therapeutic care to vulnerable young people.
  • Work closely with an experienced Responsible Individual (20+ years in the sector).
  • Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and maintain OFSTED standards.
  • Benefit from weekly clinical supervision and support from full-time psychotherapists.

What We're Looking For

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People).
  • A proven track record in achieving Good' or Outstanding' OFSTED ratings.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a care management role.
  • Deep understanding of trauma-informed care models.
  • Strong leadership and safeguarding expertise.
