Job summary

Hoop Nursing and Social Care are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to join a long-standing nurse and care team in the Porthcawl area.

As Nursing Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the effective management and operation of the home, ensuring quality, compliance and resident wellbeing remain at the core of everything you do. You will be present, and visible, working closely with your team, residents, families and external professionals.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Registered Nurse license with an active PIN.
• Experience managing a nursing home.
• QCF Level 5 in Management.
