Forest Care Selection is working with a specialist provider of Mental Health and ABI services to find its next Registered Manager for a Learning Disability care home with nursing in the Coulsdon area. You will lead the established home, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive governance and continuous improvement for the service.

This role requires strong leadership, a registered nursing background, and an NMC PIN. A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have registration experience in Learning Disability, Mental Health or complex nursing services.
• Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• NMC PIN is required.
• Deputy Managers seeking first registration will be considered.

You’ll take the lead at a Learning Disability care home with nursing in the Coulsdon area, providing specialist residential and nursing care for people with Learning Disabilities.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the established residential and nursing home, maintaining compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, develop and support the established team to deliver the highest standards of care.
• Drive strong governance, effective risk management and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring:

• Registration experience in a Learning Disability, Mental Health or complex nursing service.
• A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• NMC PIN
• Deputy Managers ready for their first registration will also be considered.
