Job summary

WillingCare in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to step into an established service and provide confident, consistent leadership from day one. The role requires ownership of day-to-day performance and a strong focus on quality of care for residents.

Ideally RN or RMN qualified, a Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification and a proven track record of managing nursing homes will also be considered.

Qualifications

• Ideally youll be RGN or RMN qualified, although an exceptional non-nurse Manager with a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care and a strong track record of successfully managing a nursing home will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Understand full responsibility of running a nursing service – from CQC, compliance and governance to staffing, occupancy and financial performance – and balance strong operational management with a genuine focus on residents and quality of care.

This is a role for an experienced Nursing Home Manager who can step into an established service, quickly understand what it needs and provide confident, consistent leadership from the outset.

Set in a beautiful location, the home provides high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care for older adults. There is a strong support structure around the service, but the home needs a Manager who can take genuine ownership of its day-to-day performance and provide the stability and direction needed for the long term.

Ideally, you’ll be RGN or RMN qualified, although an exceptional non-nurse Manager with a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care and a strong track record of successfully managing a nursing home will also be considered.

We’re looking for someone who understands the full responsibility of running a nursing service – from CQC, compliance and governance to staffing, occupancy and financial performance – and who can balance strong operational management with a genuine focus on residents and quality of care.
