Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Campus Operations, the role emphasizes mentoring experienced educators, coordinating labs and simulation, and aligning curriculum with industry needs.

Qualifications

• MSN required; DNP preferred.
• Active RN license in Alabama.
• 3+ years RN experience.
• 2+ years as faculty in nursing education program.
• Experience with a practical nursing education program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff and faculty; supervise faculty and staff; programmatic management.
• Data collection, analysis and reporting; support accreditation processes.
• Supervise Faculty, Adjunct Faculty and support staff in bridging theory and practice in nursing; manage labs and off-site clinical rotations.
• Teach, contribute to Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, and participate in Academic and Institutional Service.
