Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and current NMC registration are required.
• Teacher training qualification or willingness to undertake is expected.
• Clinical nursing experience relevant to adult or higher education settings preferred.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent with willingness to achieve literacy/numeracy within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and implementation of the nursing curriculum across the College.
• Coordinate with senior leaders, curriculum teams and external partners to translate requirements into a coherent program.
• Manage ongoing development, review and enhancement of the nursing provision and quality systems.
• Oversee safeguarding, health and safety, and effective teaching and learning across courses.
