Job summary

Coventry University Group invites applications for a Lecturer (Teaching) to support the Post Qualifying MSc Nursing Programme. Based onsite at Coventry, you will teach on HE modules (4-7), coordinate courses, and help design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate programs with professional context embedded.

You will collaborate with academic colleagues to ensure high learning experience, assessment, and feedback, while upholding integrity and supporting recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Active and live registration with the NMC.
• Master’s degree in an appropriate subject.
• A teaching qualification or willingness to acquire one if not already held.
• PhD or active membership of an appropriate professional body would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Teach on HE modules and courses at levels HE4-7, including curation and creation of materials.
• Support the design, implementation, ratification and quality assurance of student assessment.
• Prepare and disseminate formative and summative student feedback.
• Undertaking the role of Project Supervisor.
• Support course recruitment activities such as interviews and open days.
• Uphold high standards of academic integrity in teaching, learning and assessment.
