Job summary

Qualifications
- BSN required; MS in Nursing, Education, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
- 5 years progressive healthcare experience including 2 years in leadership/education role.
- Certification in Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC), Nursing Education (CNE), Clinical Nursing Education (CNE-cl) preferred; required within 1 year of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs across the organization.
- Support mission alignment, regulatory compliance, staff development, onboarding, and quality of care.
- Foster evidence-based practice and a culture of learning and excellence at all levels.
