Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking an Emergency Department nurse to deliver safe, patient-family centered care across all populations. You will triage, assess and stabilize patients, perform life-saving interventions, and administer critical medications in a fast-paced ED setting.
The role requires BSN preferred, 1 year ED/Med/Surgical/Telemetry experience, and active BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications with additional certifications encouraged and to be obtained within defined windows.
Responsible for the delivery of safe, effective and quality patient-family centered care in the Emergency Department for all patient populations. Emergency Nurses specialize in assessing, intervening and stabilizing a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action. Responsible for Triage, prioritizing injuries and illness based on medical need. Perform therapeutic nursing interventions, stabilizing patients, provide Basic Life support, and administer medications for Life threatening conditions and Mental illness.
Pay Range = $35.91 - $60.73
