Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a Nursing Professional Development Specialist to influence healthcare professionals by improving knowledge, skills, abilities, judgment, and performance behaviors in a hospital setting.

The role leads curriculum design, evidence-based practice and educational leadership, supports regulatory standards and accreditation efforts, and promotes workforce well-being through collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in nursing required, or BSN and a graduate degree in a related field (i.e. education)
• 7 Years clinical experience in nursing in hospital setting to include 3 Years of department/unit/specialty specific experience
• Previous educational experience in designing, facilitating and validating education preferred.
