Candidates should hold a BSN with MSN preferred, and bring 5 years of hospital nursing experience plus 2 years in charge or leadership roles.
The Manager Nursing Unit manages operations of specific nursing unit(s). This position provides guidance and support to nursing staff, ensures quality of patient care, and collaborates with other leaders/team members to maintain efficient and effective operation. Key areas of focus will be new grad RN retention, patient experience, compliance of Performance Improvement and Quality Improvement initiatives, throughput efficiencies, staffing patterns and budget management. The incumbent is expected to lead through strategic management, relationship management and influencing positive behaviors.
Annualized Salary Range = $107K - $156K
