Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Nursing Community Manager to lead a team of nurses and carers, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in our community. You’ll work with the General Manager and multidisciplinary team to promote dignity, independence and wellbeing.

You will oversee clinical care, ensure up-to-date care plans, and mentor colleagues while driving improvements and regulatory compliance across the home.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and revalidation.
• At least two years' experience as a Registered Nurse within a clinical or social care setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing colleagues.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• A commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

Responsibilities
