Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nursing Community Manager to lead a team of nurses and carers, delivering person-centred care across the home in partnership with the General Manager and multidisciplinary colleagues.

You will oversee clinical care, ensure accurate care plans, safe medication management, and mentor staff while promoting best practice and continuous improvement to enhance residents' wellbeing and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and revalidation.
• At least two years' experience as a Registered Nurse in clinical or social care.
• Strong clinical knowledge and regulatory understanding.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing colleagues.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, person-centred care.
