Job summary

Avery Healthcare is seeking a Nursing Care Manager at Ascot Grange Care Home in Sunning Hill to lead and deliver high-quality nursing care. You will manage Registered General Nurses and ensure person-centred care plans across the home.

Qualifications

• Hold a Registered Nurse qualification and be registered to practice.
• Demonstrate 2–3 years post-qualification experience in elderly care or a relevant field.
• Have proven management experience and a solid understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident assessment and ensure care plans reflect needs and preferences.
• Communicate information effectively to the care team via appropriate channels to support person-centred care.
• Lead the Nursing Team with clear communication, meetings, and performance management.
