We have a dynamic and supportive team comprising Adult and Paediatric nurses, Registered Nursing Associates, doctors, Advanced Practitioners, Emergency Care Practitioners, Senior Nursing Assistants, and Nursing Assistants.
Your role as a Band 3 Senior Nursing Assistant will involve being part of a team that delivers high standards of care to our patients and their carers in the Paediatric Emergency Department.
The Emergency Department actively supports Nursing Assistants to enhance their clinical skills through internal training courses. The Trust also offers career development pathways for Nursing Assistants to become Registered Nursing Associates via the Training Nursing Associate programme, with further opportunities to qualify as a Registered Nurse.
Ideally, you will have some experience working in an acute hospital. In return, we will support your development in an emergency care environment.

Salary: £24,625 to £25,674 per year plus high-cost allowance.
