Zusammenfassung

Toad Hall Nursery Group in Haslemere seeks a Nursery Team Leader (Maternity Cover) to lead with kindness and creativity, ensuring EYFS is followed to the highest standard. You will inspire staff and maintain a safe, happy environment, upholding Ofsted expectations and safeguarding practices.

With a full relevant Early Years qualification, you will manage the team, coordinate health and safety, and support nursery operations, while contributing to quality learning moments for children.

Qualifikationen

• Full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above.
• Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework.
• Experience of people management and dealing with employee issues.
• Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of employment legislation including equal opportunities legislation.
• Fully trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid.

From motivating your team to creating magical learning moments with children, you’re confident, caring, and full of enthusiasm. With experience leading a team, you combine warmth and professionalism with a strong understanding of EYFS, Ofsted, and Health & Safety standards, helping to create a safe, happy, and high-quality environment for every child.

Just minutes from the High Street and a 10-minute walk from the train station, our nursery is housed in a historic former schoolhouse, providing a warm, inviting environment.

Bright, spacious rooms and a large dining area support engaging cookery club activities.
