Childbase Partnership Ltd in Hertford is seeking a Team Leader for our River View Day Nursery (SG14 1LR). You will lead a room-based team caring for 2-3 year olds, plan engaging activities and build strong relationships with children and families.

This permanent role offers 37.5-40 hours per week across 52 weeks, with varied shifts Mon-Fri 07:30-18:30, and a pro-rata salary in the £33k–£37k range plus hourly equivalent. We value wellbeing, development and a supportive, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DfE approved early years qualification (Level 3+).
• Experience in an early years environment.
• Knowledge of the EYFS to plan and observe progress.
• Commitment to safeguarding and building strong partnerships.
