Childbase Partnership Limited seeks a Nursery Team Leader for River View in Hertford to oversee a room-based key person role for 2-3 year-olds. You will plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities, observe children’s progress, and support a team delivering high-quality care.

The role requires a DfE approved early years qualification (level 3+), safeguarding focus, and collaborative leadership to empower staff and ensure excellent outcomes. On-site position with pro-rata salary.
