Job summary

Smile Education Recruitment is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a full-time role in Birmingham (B19). Start date September 2026. You will support teaching staff in EYFS classrooms and help deliver engaging activities to promote children’s development.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 EYFS qualification, be enthusiastic, patient, and proactive, and be available full-time. This is a long-term, rewarding position with a supportive team.
