Salary: £84 - £ 110 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract: Daily Supply, Long Term

If so, GSL Education are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Nursery Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a nurturing and vibrant nursery school in Ashington. Responsibilities of the Nursery Teaching Assistant (TA)

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to nursery-aged children.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
• Support students with differentiated learning needs.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage student participation.
• Assist with general classroom duties, including preparing learning materials.

Requirements of the Nursery Teaching Assistant (TA)

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or in a similar role (preferred).
• A proactive and patient approach to supporting children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for education and child development.
• Ability to adapt and work flexibly across different age groups.
• Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
• Work in a supportive and inclusive school environment.
• Being part of a team makes a meaningful difference in students' lives.
