The Role: Empowering Every Student

  • Foster an inclusive community where students feel happy and supported.
  • Contribute to an environment that encourages all students to achieve their full potential and makes learning exciting and accessible.
What We're Looking For:
  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people with special educational needs, especially those with autism, and a desire to make a real impact.
  • An empathetic, understanding, and patient approach.
  • A collaborative team player, eager to work alongside teachers and therapists.
  • A proactive learner, keen to develop new skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Level 2/Grade C or above).
  • A strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
  • Access to your own transport.
Why Join This Team?
  • Meaningful Impact: Help students, including those with autism, thrive.
  • Supportive Environment: Work in an incredibly positive setting with a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team.
  • Career Development: Access fully funded training and qualification opportunities, including RQF CACHE courses (Levels 2, 3 & 4) and opportunities to complete Maths and English GCSEs. Support for those interested in a teaching career is also provided.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy flexible, term-time only contracts.
