Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term (Until July 2026)

Salary: Main Pay Scale (M3-M6)

Empowering Learning is delighted to be working in partnership with a warm, inclusive, and nurturing early years trust in the Wednesbury area to recruit an experienced Nursery Teacher with part SENDCo responsibilities for a January 2026 start. This full-time, long-term role runs until July 2026 and offers a rewarding opportunity to support high-quality early years provision across two vibrant nursery settings.

About the Settings

Both settings are recognised for their caring ethos, child-centred approach, and commitment to inclusive practice. Staff work closely with families and external professionals to ensure every child—particularly those with additional needs—feels supported, valued, and able to thrive. A strong focus on early development, communication, and play-based learning underpins everything they do.

The Successful Candidate Will:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have recent Early Years teaching experience (within the last 5 years)
  • Have experience or a strong interest in SEND support and inclusive practice
  • Show excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
  • Be confident working across multiple sites and supporting SEND provision
  • Have a SENDCo qualification or experience
