Job summary

St Martin’s CE Primary Academy in Kingswood is expanding its nursery provision and seeks a warm, skilled Early Years Practitioner to help us grow and welcome more local families. You will join a dedicated Nursery team and work closely with the Early Years Lead to deliver high-quality provision for our first nursery cohort.

• Has experience working with nursery-aged children and understands the EYFS framework.
• Is passionate about early development and school readiness.

Responsibilities

• Foster curiosity, creativity and care in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Provide play-based learning tailored to the needs and interests of 3-4 year olds.
• Support speech, language and early communication through thoughtful adult interaction.
• Embed routines that support independence and confidence.
• Be a key adult for children in their crucial early years of development.
