Job summary

Partou Chiltern Avenue Day Nursery & Pre-school in Amersham is hiring a Nursery Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy in running a busy setting. You will lead a team, maintain a safe, inclusive environment and foster strong partnerships with families to support children's learning and development.

The role is 40 hours per week, full-time and permanent, with a £1,000 Welcome Bonus and extensive employee benefits including training, discounts and enhanced leave.

About the Role

Partou Chiltern Avenue Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Deputy Manager to help support their Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
