Partou UK Limited is recruiting for a Nursery Senior Deputy Manager at Partou Little Stars Day Nursery & Pre-school in Chorley, Lancashire. This full-time role supports the Nursery Manager to ensure high-quality early years provision under EYFS, while leading a dedicated team and fostering strong partnerships with families.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, maintain a safe, inclusive environment, and drive staff development to deliver exceptional care.

About the Role

PartouLittle Stars Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Senior Deputy Manager to help support their Nursery Manager in the smooth running of the setting. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.

About You

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Strong EYFS knowledge
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
• Passion forearly years education
• Confidence in supportingchildren’s learning and development
• Commitment tosafeguarding and continuous professional development
