Kingsley Explorers Nursery in Leamington Spa is launching an all-year-round nursery and seeks founding Nursery Room Leads for Babies, Toddlers and Preschool. You will lead practice within your room, delivering high-quality EYFS provision and setting strong standards from day one.

These roles are full-time (40 hours per week) with the opportunity to join, stay, grow through a recruitment and retention award of up to £1,500.

Qualifications

• Level 3 EYFS qualification required.
• Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.
• Organised, professional and committed to high standards.

Responsabilités

• Set and maintain high standards from day one.
• Support team development and ensure safeguarding compliance.

Kingsley Explorers Nursery – Leamington Spa

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Plus: Join, Stay, Grow Recruitment & Retention Award of up to £1,500

Hours: Full time, all year round (40 hours per week)

Location: The Kingsley School

About You:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 4/5 desirable)
• Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
• Organised, professional and committed to high standards

Kingsley Explorers Nursery is investing in building an exceptional Early Years team.

Eligible Room Leads can receive:

• £500 on starting employment
• £500 after 12 months' service
• £500 after 24 months' service
