The Kingsley School in Leamington Spa, part of the Warwick Independent Schools Foundation, is launching an all-year-round nursery. We are seeking founding Nursery Room Leads (Babies, Toddlers, Preschool) to lead practice within their room, delivering high-quality EYFS provision and setting strong standards from day one.

Salary up to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with a Recruitment & Stay Grow Award of up to £1,500, plus benefits and opportunities for CPD as the nursery grows from

• Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
• Organised, professional and committed to high standards

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Plus: Join, Stay, Grow Recruitment & Retention Award of up to £1,500

Hours: Full time, all year round (40 hours per week)
