Job summary

Kingsley Explorers Nursery in Leamington Spa is seeking founding Nursery Room Leads to launch an all-year nursery. You will lead practice within your room, delivering high-quality EYFS provision and setting strong standards from day one.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £32,000 with a recruitment and retention award of up to £1,500, plus benefits and CPD opportunities as part of joining a new nursery from inception.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner is desirable.
• Committed to delivering high standards from day one.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice within your room and ensure high-quality EYFS provision.
• Set and maintain early years standards from inception.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support recruitment and retention initiatives.

We are seeking founding Nursery Room Leads (Babies, Toddlers, Preschool) to help launch our new all-year-round nursery. You will lead practice within your room, delivering high-quality EYFS provision and setting strong standards from day one.

Salary

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Plus: Join, Stay, Grow Recruitment & Retention Award of up to £1,500

Hours

Hours: Full time, all year round (40 hours per week)

About You

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 4/5 desirable)
• Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
• Organised, professional and committed to high standards
• Join, Stay, Grow Award - Up To £1,500

Eligible Room Leads can receive :

• £500 on starting employment
• £500 after 12 months' service
• £500 after 24 months' service
