Job summary

The Kingsley School invites applications for founding Nursery Room Leads to launch our all-year-round Kingsley Explorers Nursery. You will lead practice in your room, delivering high-quality EYFS from day one and setting high standards across the team.

Eligible candidates should hold Level 3 Early Years (Level 4/5 desirable) with experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner, and a strong safeguarding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 4/5 desirable).
• Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.
• Organised, professional and committed to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice within your room and deliver high-quality EYFS provision.
• Set strong standards from day one and contribute to a cohesive nursery culture.
• Help launch and establish a year-round nursery from inception.
