Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. Chineham, Basingstoke is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to guide a dedicated team and shape young minds within our purpose-built nursery.

You'll lead engaging learning experiences, foster a safe and inclusive environment, and champion safeguarding while supporting each child's development. A Level 3 in Early Years or childcare is expected, with strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
• Experience in an early years setting.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage; ambition to progress encouraged.
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Passion for inspiring children and supporting team development.

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional childcare.
• Plan exciting learning experiences through the Bee Curious curriculum.
