Busy Bees Nurseries in the UK is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, guiding educational strategies and leading a dedicated team in a high-quality early years setting. You will drive learning, wellbeing and safety, while actively developing staff through mentorship and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children's development and building relationships with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee children's development and wellbeing, with progress shared with parents.
• Take on Key Person responsibilities for a group of children.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and the environment remains clean and secure.
