Busy Bees, the UK's leading nursery group, is seeking an experienced Nursery Leader to join our team. You will lead the planning and delivery of the Bee Curious curriculum, ensuring a safe, stimulating environment and high-quality care for a group of children.

As a Key Person you will support families, develop a high-performing team, oversee wellbeing and progress tracking, and maintain health and safety standards across your room.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Supervisory experience in a nursery setting is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Passionate about children's development and building positive relationships with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee development and wellbeing of children, with progress shared with parents.
• Take on the Key Person role ensuring holistic development and personal care for a group of children.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and the environment is clean and secure.
