Job summary

Partou Hoddesdon Day Nursery & Pre-school is hiring a Nursery Room Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of a room and deliver EYFS-aligned activities. You will lead and coach a caring team, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all children and maintaining strong partnerships with families.

The role requires a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification, with a passion for early years education and safeguarding responsibilities, contributing to high-quality childcare and development.

About the Role

Partou Hoddesdon Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimumLevel 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner totake on the full-time 40 hours per week role ofNursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
