Job summary

Partou Hoddesdon Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee a room, lead a team and deliver EYFS-aligned activities. The role is full-time and permanent, based in Hoddesdon, with a salary of £30,846.40 per annum.

About The Role

Partou Hoddesdon Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
