Job summary

Reflections Nursery & Forest School in Worthing is seeking a Qualified Educator to join as Room Leader. A full Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent) is required. The role covers all age groups, with a 40-hour week, shift pattern from 7:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

The setting prioritises safeguarding; enhanced DBS checks and references will be obtained. The team offers training, mentoring and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent) per DfE checker.
• Experience or understanding of safeguarding in early years settings.
• Willingness to work across all age groups in a nursery.

Job description

Reflections Nursery & Forest School in Worthing is recruiting for a Qualified Educator to work as a Room Leader.

Applicants must hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) according to the DfE qualification checker.

The position will involve working across all age groups in the nursery, working 40 hours per week. Hours will be variable on a shift basis working between the hours of 7.30am - 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Reflections Nursery is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all the children, staff and volunteers attending the setting and all positions will be offered subject to an enhanced DBS and suitable references being obtained.
