Job summary

Reflections Nursery is seeking qualified Early Years Educators and Nursery Practitioners to join our team. The setting is a two-building nursery with spacious premises, light-filled rooms and large gardens, committed to caring relationships and giving children a voice.

We welcome applicants with Level 2 or higher and offer pro rata terms for part-time roles. Joining us provides professional development, pension, cycle-to-work and health programs within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Reflections Nursery and Forest Schoolis set in two buildings – a lovely Regency building and a gothic Tudor-style building, both on three floors with loads of space, lots of light and huge gardens.
