Busy Bees is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms at our Stevenage Great Ashby nursery in the UK. You will lead daily activities, ensure a safe, stimulating environment and support a high-performing team, while tracking child progress and maintaining strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Required Qualifications

Ideal Candidate

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering childrens development and creating positive relationships with families.
