Job summary

Busy Bees Ashton House, part of the UK's leading nursery group Busy Bees, is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and inspire our team to deliver high standards of care and learning.

You will lead planning, ensure a safe, inclusive environment, act as Key Person, and drive the Bee Curious curriculum across the centre, with opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children's development and family relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.

Required Qualifications

Ideal Candidate

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children's development and creating positive relationships with families.
