As Room Leader, you’ll oversee the daily running of your room, ensuring the care, well-being, and safety of children and staff. You’ll be approachable for parents and colleagues and play an active role in the senior management team. Your responsibilities include inducting, training, coaching, mentoring, and supervising Nursery Practitioners, while maintaining high standards of care and education.
