Busy Bees Nurseries in Sutton is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and ensure cohesive educational strategies across the centre. This leadership role will inspire the team to achieve high standards of care and learning within a supportive environment.
You will implement the Bee Curious curriculum, lead health and safety, and work closely with families to monitor children’s progress and ensure an exceptional start in life. A Level 3 EY qualification or higher is required.
