Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries in the United Kingdom is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, implement educational strategies across the centre, and inspire a team to achieve high standards of care and learning.

The role focuses on leading planning, child development, and safeguarding, while fostering positive relationships with families and staff. A Level 3 Early Years qualification and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 qualification or higher in Early Years education.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.

Ideal Candidate

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
