Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries in Bexleyheath is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and lead the team in delivering the Bee Curious curriculum. You will supervise staff, plan age-appropriate activities, and ensure high standards of care and learning.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification in early years education and strong leadership, with responsibilities for child development and parent communications. Excellent opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
