Job summary

Willing Recruitment is seeking a Room Leader for a bustling, Ofsted-rated nursery in Redditch. The role is full-time, all-year-round, with responsibility for leading a room, maintaining high standards and ensuring consistent practice across the day.

The candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification, have prior experience leading a nursery room, and possess strong EYFS knowledge. You will manage staff, safeguarding, and ensure ratio compliance while supporting children's development and
